Public policy

How the site and contact form use your data.

The site collects the minimum needed to answer a request. Audience measurement is self-hosted, cookieless and does not build advertising profiles.

Data collected

When you use the form, Optigm receives your name, professional email, organization, selected categories and message. Technical logs keep a correlation ID, outcome, latency and error category, without message content or a full email address.

Do not submit passwords, secrets, source code, logs, sensitive personal information or vulnerability details through the form.

Use and retention

Data is used only to assess and answer the request. It is not sold, used for advertising profiles or sent to an AI system.

Umami measures viewed pages, allowed UTM campaign parameters, general technical indicators such as the browser and a few named conversions, such as a call-to-action click or a successful form submission. No name, email, organization, selected category, message or other form content is sent to it. Raw analytics data is automatically deleted after 90 days.

Without an active engagement, dispute, legal requirement or preservation request, messages are deleted from the contact mailbox no later than 12 months after the last exchange. If an engagement starts, only necessary correspondence moves to the client file and follows its separate retention policy.

Technical providers

Static hosting, the API and email delivery use AWS services configured in Canada where the service allows. No application database stores form submissions.

Optigm operates Umami audience measurement and its PostgreSQL database in Canada. The tracker honors Do Not Track, creates no cookie on this site, and removes the referrer and every URL parameter except the five documented UTM parameters.

When an external booking link is enabled, the scheduling service processes only the information you choose to submit under its own policy. No script, frame or cookie from that service is loaded on this site before you click.

Access, correction or deletion requests can use the published contact channel. Identity may need proportionate verification.
