Services
Find support that fits your digital priority.
Three monthly plans to stay covered over time and three one-time engagements to meet your needs.
Every month
Stay covered over time.
Three levels of ongoing support. Each one carries the previous level forward and adds what is needed as your systems grow more critical.
Level 1 · Monthly
Monitoring and upkeep
You already run an infrastructure, but nobody in-house is watching it.
What is included
- Automatic monitoring of vulnerabilities and alerts across your systems.
- A monthly review of access and of the bill, with what can be switched off.
- Important security patches applied.
- Two hours of work included every month.
Start with monitoringHow it works
We agree on the systems to watch, then it runs in the background. You get a summary every month, and we talk as soon as something deserves your attention.
Level 2 · Monthly
Your outside technical team
Your teams ship regularly, and every release has to stay reliable and secure.
What is included
Everything in level 1, plus:
- Ongoing upkeep of the chain that carries your code into production.
- Automated releases for your development teams.
- Ten hours of work and adjustments every month.
- A response within four business hours when something breaks.
Discuss an outside teamHow it works
We list what we cover at the outset. From there we work at your teams’ pace, with an agreed response time when something goes down.
Level 3 · Monthly
Shared technology leadership
You have no technical leadership, and the structural decisions are piling up.
What is included
Everything in level 2, plus:
- A regular session with leadership, so the technical choices follow the business ones.
- Overall architecture, hardened security and preparation for requirements such as Québec’s Law 25 or ISO 27001.
- AI tools added to your internal processes, one use case at a time.
- Priority when something important goes down, within the agreed hours.
Discuss shared leadershipHow it works
We meet regularly, and decisions are made over the months rather than in a single meeting.
Once
Settle one specific piece of work.
Three engagements with a defined start and end. You can begin with the smallest and stop there: nothing obliges you to move on to the next one.
Level 1 · One-time
Express assessment
You want to know where you stand before committing to anything.
What is included
- A look at the security of your systems and your access.
- A review of how you handle data, in the light of Québec’s Law 25.
- A short report leadership can read: what needs attention and where to start.
Ask for an assessmentHow it works
We agree up front on what we look at. You get the report, and you decide on your own what comes next: nothing commits you beyond it.
Level 2 · One-time
Modernization and migration
Your environments are ageing and every release is becoming a risk.
What is included
- Your releases automated, written in files anyone can read and correct.
- Security checks run as a matter of course on every release.
- Your environments moved or slimmed down, with the provider of your choice.
- The documentation and two hours of training for your team.
Discuss a modernizationHow it works
We move in stages rather than all at once. Any stage can be undone without losing what is already done, and your business keeps running throughout.
Level 3 · One-time
Rebuild and AI rollout
You want to transform your operations, not just repair what exists.
What is included
- An architecture built to carry the load and stay under your control.
- AI that stays with you or in the country, put into service with its guardrails.
- Your data moving from one tool to the next on its own.
- Thirty days of support after delivery, then the option to move to a monthly plan.
Discuss a rebuildHow it works
The work is divided into self-contained blocks. Each deliverable is usable, verified and documented.
None of the six
And if none of them fits?
These six services cover most requests, not all of them. A shorter need, an engagement run alongside your teams, a plan halfway between two levels: all of that can be discussed.
Describe the situation in a few lines. We will answer with what applies — or with the fact that it is not for us, which saves you time.
Next step
Not sure which one fits?
Tell us what is pressing at your end. We will name the service that fits, or say plainly that none of them applies.
